Breakfast spread was quite wide and I hardly tasted 25% of the items. Staff throughout the hotel were wonderful. Ashiba's service was great at breakfast and she really made a difference there. Mohan was at service over In-room dining and he was exceptional as well. House keeping were very courteous and various requests at different times were completed with a smiling face. Some of the room service items were available 24 hours, however when we requested for items which were not on the menu.. it was also dealt with quite late at night. I really appreciate all the staff at the hotel. Met few friends at hotel for breakfast and lunch, both the spreads were too good. Everyone were quite impressed with the size of the room and overall about the hotel. One of my friends also extended the room for a night more.

Visited this property as part of a business trip-i was down with some health issues in room and cancelled my meeting.There comes our hero of the day- Tarapad who has been delivering food to me and asked my health condition.He have done all things for me to feel better-surprisingly it was my birthday and i was feeling kind of homesick. There comes Tarapad again with a suprise when i got a call from restaurant informing me there is a small celebration-to my suprise the entire team was there cheering me and helping me celebrate my birthday away from my home. Excellent Tarapad, Sheela and Johnson. All the best and god bless all

The staff were very accommodating. We are international travelers and they really ensured that they could help us with any concern we had. They allow early checkin as we came around 11am. The breakfast was good and introduced us to a lot of food! We also tried the lunch buffet and it was even better. The bed is very soft and the room was spacious. Internet allows for 4 devices. Overall a pleasant stay.

The stay was very comfortable..two things were missing when I entered the room..room slippers and a face towel..the floor was marble and hence quiet cold with the Ac on and I asked for the room slippers which was provided..didn't ask for the face towel as I did it with bath towel. The food was just awesome..and that's why I keep on coming to Radha Regent. Overall a very good stay.
